Teaser Pic #2

Here's an update on how the ghan is going! I've joined 42 squares so far and there's LOTS more still to go on. It's looking pretty good! I do think that this will be one BIG HUGE HONKIN' afghan though!

OH! Yes, when Shelby said the nail polish was drying too dark and it looked like "a stuck pig bled all over mah hands."

Geez I just watched that movie last night! I can't believe I didn't get that one.

I love that movie too! SO many great lines and the story is just superb.

Thanks to you too for checking my blog out! I know I'll be back at yours!

And what about where Drum goes to get a piece of cake from Weezer at the reception and she chops off that huge piece of the butt from the "bleeding armadillo cake". Drum takes one look at the cake and without missing a beat says, "Thanks, Weezer, nothing like a good piece of ass."

That line gets me EVERY TIME!

Oh, I might have to watch it again today. There are so many great parts and yes it was THE best casted movie ever!

Oooh Fried Green Tomatoes was EXCELLENT! Have you read the book? Wonderful wonderful book.

Ya Ya was good, but I had a hard time watching the abuse scenes. *Shudder*

OOoh I'm going right now to see the button you made!

Oh you have to read it! It's really really good.

I loved the part in Ya Ya with the mother and daughter slamming the phone. Hmm.. I've only seen the movie once, maybe I should dig that one out again and watch it. The friendship of those women and their chemistry was great!

Have you seen Bridget Jones's Diary? Another favorite of mine that I know ever word of! It's a classic!

By the way, thanks for reminding me to do something I've been meaning to do for a while: make a button! Thanks again!

OMGoodness, you've got to watch Bridget Jones!

Hmmm... What about "Mystic Pizza"? From the mid eighties with Julia Roberts. It's a great movie!

OH!! And "Shag: The Movie"! That's a FANTASTIC movie!!

ROFL you're right! They are freaky!

Days of Thunder was awesome, as was Top Gun! I loved that movie. Cocktail was really good, but really sad at times, too. But that one brings back such great memories of the mid eighties ;) Remember "Kokomo" and all the craze around that? Geez!

"The Never Ending Story"! I LOVE That movie! I bought the DVD for my 7 year old last Christmas and now BOTH my boys love it, too! We have both the American and German soundtracks (they used both in the movie) and we listen to them all the time. It's a great classic that my brother and I used to watch when we were younger.

I'm glad you're going to watch "Shag"! I think you'll like it!

Another classic: "The Princess Bride" :)

OOooh! My hubby and sons also like "Labyrinth". I liked it when I was a little girl, but the magic has kind of died away for me now that I'm older.

This is fun!
