School is COMING!
Thank goodness!
We had school registration today for both the boys. Let me just tell you this:
I. Can. Not. Wait. Until. School. Starts.
Let me also say, I love both of my sons. They're good kids. But school is a blessing. My 7-soon-to-be-8 year old is starting 2nd grade and is very excited to go back. My 4 and a half year old will be starting school for the very first time in the 4K program. He'll go for half a day in the mornings and ride the bus in the morning with Big Brother and come home before noon.
So that means I'll have a half a day 5 days a week all to myself.
MYSELF.
Me. By myself. Alone. With no screaming children. No fighting, no running, no little boy noises, no constant asking for things they just asked for two minutes ago. No complaining about whose turn it is to pick something to watch on TV, no asking to play video games when they know it's not time for that.
Just me. *sigh*

You will simply love it!!! But then again I missed Ry when he started that 1/2 day thing... They grow up sooo fast!!
Yes they do! Truth be told, I will miss the Young One desperately. He's my little sweetheart and we've really had fun together the last two years while the Older One has been in school. The Young One and I have colored together, gone on trips to the park, played Star Wars, Toy Story, and Cars together.
*sigh* He's my baby and now he's off to school. *sniff*
It will be ok... Just think about next year when you will get a whole day to yourself. And then hopefully I will be swimming in the money and can afford to take a little day trip up to see ya here and there...LOL And remember you have us gals to keep you company...*Hugs*

My daughter is usually a doll, but I love the school year-the silence is what I miss most-no Nickelodean, no loud toys, no incessant chattering.....well, you get my point.

Tabby, I'm not sure what ALONE is yet, but I know I'll love it! Your little one sounds so fun! I bet he's around the same age as my little one!
